Function
Pairing
You can have parent-child relationships between individual barcodes.
By pairing the parent barcode with the child barcode, the tracking information of the child barcode is automatically updated when the parent barcode is scanned.
For example, in logistics, if a pallet is paired as a “parent” and the products to be loaded on a pallet are paired as a “child”, the tracking information of all products loaded on the pallet can be updated together by simply reading the barcode of the parent pallet.
1
You can set any tracking point you want to pair or unpair.
2
You can set relationships across multiple levels, such as Parent-Child-Grandchild.
Using pairing as an example, it becomes possible to manage in more detailed units by designating the pallet as the “Parent”, the product to be loaded on the pallet as the “Child”, and the individual items contained inside as the “Grandchild”.
3
You can set validation* when pairing, which is useful for preventing erroneous shipment and misloading.
